Early arrival prices: $20 before 10:00 a.m. $10 before 11:00 a.m.
Late Checkout prices: $20 to checkout between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Champagne Lakes RV Resort must approve any RV 10 years or older if requesting a MONTHLY reservation and 20 years and older for ANY reservation.

Please note that we have a 3 night MINIMUM on ALL holiday reservations. Any holiday reservations that are cancelled within 3 days after the deposit has been received will receive a full refund. If cancellation is requested after this time has passed, a 1 night minimum will be charged. MUST CANCEL 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED ARRIVAL OR 3 NIGHT MINIMUM WILL BE CHARGED.
Additional Fees
Additional person $ 3.00 per day / $ 20.00 per week / $ 50.00 per month (RV Sites)
Additional people $ 5.00 per day (Tent sites over 4 people - Maximum 6)
Pet Fee $ 2.00 per day / $ 14.00 per week / $ 20.00 per month

We have WiFi available at your RV site. Customers that are here for Nightly or Weekly stays receive complimentary Wifi. If you are a Monthly Customer, and would like to use the service we have contracted with Tengo Internet, our WiFi rates are as follows:
- $59.95 per month (for up to 4 devices)
- $39.95 per month (for 1 device)
- $159.95 (for 3 months, up to 4 devices)
- $22.95 for 1 week (up to 4 devices)
- $7.95 for 1 day (up to 4 devices)
